Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide, together with technical information needed to operate and protect the service you use.
- Order enquiries: your name, email, phone number, company if supplied, delivery address, Gold Card quantity and any order notes.
- Contact enquiries: your name, email, optional phone number, enquiry topic and message.
- App and profile services: account details and the professional information, contact details, links, documents, photographs, videos and other content you choose to add.
- Service activity: relevant account, profile interaction, device, technical and transaction records when you use the associated app service.
- Communications: our correspondence with you and information needed to resolve your enquiry.
How we use information
We use your details to respond to enquiries, prepare and confirm orders, arrange delivery, provide account support, operate selected services, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, we rely on the steps needed to enter into or perform a contract, legal obligations, legitimate operational interests or consent, as appropriate.
Submitting an order enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Promotional communications that require consent are sent only with that consent. You may withdraw it by contacting us or using the unsubscribe option in a message.
Orders and payment information
The website checkout sends an order request; it does not take a card payment. Our team confirms availability, delivery, applicable taxes and payment arrangements separately. This form does not ask for or store a payment-card number or CVV.
Go Cash and Virtual Visa are separate app services. Identity checks, transaction information and provider requirements for a financial feature are described during the relevant activation or payment journey.
Security, retention and international processing
Information is retained for as long as needed to handle your request, deliver the selected service, maintain relevant records and comply with legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the purpose, record type and applicable requirements.
Access should be limited to people and providers who need the information for their role. Online transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable data protection law requires safeguards for international transfers, those safeguards must apply. Corporate processing arrangements are addressed in the relevant data processing agreement.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct or delete your information; restrict or object to processing; receive a portable copy; or withdraw consent. Certain information may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons. We may need to confirm your identity before responding.
Send requests to hello@taptapgo.io. You can also raise a concern with the data protection authority where you live or, where applicable, the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
You control what you place in your public profile. Keep that information current and share only content you are entitled to disclose.
Website preferences, children and updates
This website does not add an advertising tracker or marketing subscription to your form submission. Hosting and access controls may use essential technical storage. The animation respects reduced-motion and data-saving preferences where supported by your browser.
The service is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so that we can investigate and act.
We may update this policy as services or processing practices change. The version published on this page explains the current website experience.
